We primarily work with QuickBooks Online. We can also work with Xero and other cloud platforms. If you're currently on spreadsheets or desktop software, we can help you migrate to a cloud-based system.
Can I meet my bookkeeper face-to-face?
If you're in the Rio Grande Valley, yes — our McAllen office at 315 W Nolana Ave Suite G is always open to clients. For businesses elsewhere in Texas, we do consultations over Zoom.
How do I share documents with NBC?
We set up a secure shared workspace during onboarding. You can upload bank statements, receipts, and other documents anytime. Most clients connect their bank accounts directly via read-only feeds.
